This program teaches science of organic gardening and design and offers a permaculture design certificate. Individual course sections are stand-alone and address different aspects of organic gardening and ecology design. Taken together they are a permaculture design certification course. Topics cover permaculture philosophy, soil science, built landscapes, ecology system theory, garden design, installation and maintenance. Several take home design assignments, including one of your property, are integral to getting practical knowledge from this course.
