Folk Guitar

Have fun and learn about music through the guitar! The goal of the class is to become a better player. Bothe beginners and more experienced players are welcome. Students will learn basic strum and pick patterns; also a basic introduction to reading music and music theory and some arranging music for the guitar. An added bonus will be extra scale work and starting improvisation playing the blues. Although oriented toward the acoustic guitar, all class material can also be played on the electric guitar. Bring a guitar and notebook to class.
