Have you forgotten most of the math you learned in high school or college? Do you balance a job with family and other responsibilities and don't really have the time to "re-learn" everything? Are you applying to graduate business school and deemed it imperative that you score high on the math section of the GMAT?
Then perhaps I can help. I'm an experienced educator and professional with an extensive background in mathematics, social sciences and business management. I provide private one-on-one tutoring for the math section of the GMAT.
Bring your GMAT book with you when we meet, and I will walk you through each problem on the sample tests and provide you with succinct step-by-step solutions, shortcuts, and insight. As we review the steps to solving each problem I will refresh your memory on the key math concepts and skills pertinent to solving that particular type of problem. In one or two sessions, you will notice a dramatic increase in your ability to look at a problem and quickly pick the correct answer.
My rate is $35 / hr.

Review of GMAT Mathematics Test Preparation, September 11, 2009
It had been 10 years since I had taken a math class and I needed to score high on the GMAT to get into the graduate business school at the University of Washington. With just 6 weeks of private tutoring lessons I scored high enough on the GMAT that I was accepted into the Technology Management MBA program! I highly recommend.
