Review of Outrageously Fit, January 04, 2009

I have worked out with Carla for over 7 yrs now and can't imagine ever stopping! Exercise can get boring and dull making it very difficult to find the self motivation necessary. Carla keeps it fresh and fun, she has an endless stream of creativity with new moves and approaches. She also was a wonderful ability to teach and to problem solve around physical limitations while keeping clients moving forward in reaching goals.
