Advanced Lessons start adding in more advanced flat work such as lead changes, lateral work and cross country riding. Students are introduced to the basics of Dressage and riding a Dressage test. They begin working out in the cross country field and on cross country jumping. Students in this level work up to jumping 2'3” courses. Students in this level are allowed to lease school horses and buy or lease outside horses to ride. Any student that leases or buys a horse is required to be in the Student Intern program. These students are allowed to show at Sherwood Forest shows up to the trot-a-trail level.
