Anahata Vinyasa Yoga is a rejuvenating class composed of a flowing sequence of hip openers, shoulder openers, and core strengthening. Anahatasana is the foundational pose of this style of vinyasa yoga. Similar to Power Vinyasa, this practice connects poses through breath and is practiced in a heated studio. Anahata Vinyasa will improve strength, balance, and flexibility while reducing stress. You will grow concentration, patience, and determination, and regain a calm and peaceful mind.
