Specific topics will be wide-ranging: perspective and drawing, color and visual composition, painting techniques, paint mediums, canvas stretching and preparing painting surfaces among many possible. All painters, from abstract to realist, beginning to advanced, are welcome.

She has taught college art for six years, and is an ongoing instructor with Civic Arts Education. Ms. Mattison has been published in International Artist magazine, and has private commissions in collections throughout California.
