Review of Startup Company Legal Basics, November 04, 2008

Joe's a great guy. He was an advisor to a start-up company I launched, Novel Conception. He had an impressive response time and expressed a passionate interest in the work he was doing. On numerous occasions, Joe offered his time to coaching our young team on the fundamental legal issues we were dealing with. He is willing to share his experiences and wisdom around law and business and I think that is one of the most valuable things a scrappy startup could have. If you are interested in starting a business, or have a venture rolling, I would definitely reach out to Joe and ask his advice.
