Leaders leave the class with the ability to: 1) Create accountability with staff, 2) Motivate, inspire and engage others to succeed, 3) Apply coaching tools to find creative solutions to challenges, 4) Develop and maximize strengths and key talents of team members, 5) Immediately apply coaching skills in the workplace, 6) Create an objective, trusting forum for discussing expectations and setting goals, and 7) Build trust and loyalty among managers, staff, customers and other relationships. * Highly interactive and experiential.
The class is a one to two day program, pending on the size of class.
