This course or workshop, which can be tailored to meet individual or group needs, familiarizes leaders with all phases of parliamentary practices and parliamentary laws and/or alternative group decision-making processes. The course offers a variety of skills and strategies that will provide meeting leaders confidence in conducting or participating in meetings that require observance of parliamentary laws, developing agendas, writing minutes, or serving as a parliamentarian. The course also addresses alternative group decision-making processes (e.g., consensus, multiple voting, rank ordering, brainstorming, nominal group technique, etc.). The length, location and content and cost of the course or workshop are all negotiable to serve the needs of the participant.
