About Fencing
Fencing is a combat sport. Opponents armed with swords face each other and execute maneuvers, attempting to score points by striking one another. Three kinds of swords (foil, epee, and sabre) are used in competitive fencing, which has been a part of every Summer Olympic games since 1896.
