Review of Age 9-14: Dagger and drei Ringen Class, December 09, 2008

I found the Retallack School of Arms on a Google search for sword fighting classes for my 12 year old son. Trent is an amazing and gifted teacher!! He combines a great workout program with history and historically based techniques of sword fighting, wrestling, and dagger. I would recommend this School as a great learning experience and a whole lot of
    fun.

  • "Totally Awesome Training"

Review of Retallack School of Arms, September 07, 2009

We searched the Portland area for boxing training for our grandson and nearly gave up until we found Retallack School of Arms. Skilled training, one-on-one, with no unsavory elements. Our 12 year old grandson got the basic skills, lots of encouragement and some of the first real sustained exercise in his life. Instead of a summer of soda pop and video games, he increased his fitness level and his self confidence. By the end of two months he was boxing a full three minutes with taped hands, professional #14 gloves, head protection and mouthpiece. The Best!
