Meditative Martial Arts is a mixed full contact Martial Arts school, where the first focus is always on Spiritual Development. Meditation and Iron Skin are taught to help each student develop to their full potential. Not all people are accepted. You must be drug and alcohol free and willing to be truthful on the application as a background check is required. There are two fitness classes, two martial arts classes and two meditation/yoga classes that are available. As you progress you will utilize weapon training and many other forms.
