Students learn stepping patterns, form, applications and self-defense. Xingyiquan (Sec 2) employs direct, no-nonsense techniques in striking and stepping for combat. Students learn forms, applications conditioning, power-training, fighting drills and fighting tactics. All sections benefit health, self-defense and physical empowerment.

I took this class at the Experimental College by Professor Gancarz. We paintied using wax! The teacher also helped me with framing my art. I highly recommend this course to anyone.

I saw this class advertised in the ex. college catalog. I thought why not give it a try. I always wanted to try painting. I am so glad I took this class. The intructor Georgetta was so helpful. I actually did four paintings I love! If you want a great instructor with experience and a fun class this is the one!
