It opens meridians, regulates qi, strengthens bone/tendon/muscle, and cultivates internal power. Push-Hand and applications are emphasized. (Sec 2) Teaches health cultivation and martial arts Qigong. It includes sitting/standing meditation and movement Qigong exercises. Curriculum is designed based on seasons, difficulty level and participants’ needs. Students learn under individualized and step-by-step guidance.

I took this class at the Experimental College by Professor Gancarz. We paintied using wax! The teacher also helped me with framing my art. I highly recommend this course to anyone.

I saw this class advertised in the ex. college catalog. I thought why not give it a try. I always wanted to try painting. I am so glad I took this class. The intructor Georgetta was so helpful. I actually did four paintings I love! If you want a great instructor with experience and a fun class this is the one!
