    Review of Reflexology, November 24, 2008

    Massage Therapy was something that I have always been interested in, but seemed to put on a back burner. Recently, I decided to life is too short and signed up for classes at McKinnon. It is one of the best decisions of my life. I am enrolled in the Swedish program and will be finished with the entire program soon and plan on taking many more continuing education classes.

    McKinnon's focus on proper Body Mechanics is wonderful and I carry it through to my life outside of massage class. Each class has three teachers, emphasizing that there are so many techniques that can be used to give effective massages.

    If anyone has every had an inkling to try massage, I highly recommend attending many massage school orientations to find the one that fits you best.

    I liked McKinnon's low key, no sales pitch environment. They also seem to balance the western view of heath care and more alternative views of health care nicely.
