We teach the Art of Ascension, which directs the mind to the stable point of reference - the home or seat of consciousness itself. The techniques we teach are easy, natural, and very powerful. They bring us to the point of infinite possibility... the starting point of every part of creation, every belief and every experience.

Unlike most meditation techniques, there is no controlling or concentration of the mind. Ascension is a tool that unites the abundance of spiritual knowledge with the direct personal experience of living in your relative day-to-day world. In fact, it doesn’t matter how busy your mind is! The by-products of regularly practicing Ascension include the release of stress, greater energy and mental clarity, more joy, expanded awareness, and the direct experience of the Infinite Source within. There are no beliefs required in order to practice Ascension so it can be done by anyone.

The weekend course begins Friday, Sept 5 from 7-10pm, where we teach the basics and the Attitude of Praise. Saturday, from 10am-5pm, we teach the mechanics of Ascension, and add the Attitude of Gratitude and Love. Sunday, from 10am-5pm, we teach Compassion. The course is a mixture of lecture and the experience of meditation.

Registration/deposit is required. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. Once you complete the course, you may re-take(audit)it as often as you like, free of charge.
