As the body opens and releases effortlessly, the mind itself is toned, strengthened and expanded. Meditation techniques are explored to create a relaxed, focused mind. Perfect for the runners, cyclists and other athletes who simply require flexibility training rather than a yoga "workout", or those who seek a slow, calm, quietly gentle practice. Class concludes with a regular seated meditation.
