Her approach integrates Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Focusing, and the work of David Deida. She has studied with Ann Weiser Cornell, Bret Lyon, George and Debra Taylor and Katie Darling. She has completed all levels of the Motherwave Trainings and incorporates this into her work with clients. Her meditation practice and expansive understanding of the 12 steps brings clarity and depth to her psychotherapy practice.
