Review of Tarik Abouzied, August 02, 2009

Tarik has been my teacher for about two years now, and in that two years i have improved so much thanks to him. Tarik has an amazing knowledge of Drums, Bass, Piano, and more. I am a drummer, but it is awesome to be around someone that can help me with more than just drum stuff, i get to learn about understanding music as well. Tarik also keeps me on task which makes for learning the material much faster. In addition to all that he can help with the music, he is a very fun person to be around and this quality makes learning that much better. All in all, Tarik is an encouraging, helpful, and charismatic teacher.

  • "Look Forward to Every Lesson"

Review of Tarik Abouzied, August 02, 2009

Every week that I would go to my drumming lesson I was ready to laugh. I never practiced what he had asked me to, so every lesson he started out asking me what I'd like to be able to do. He went through, step by step, the workings of the specific technique, he then continued to show off the ability to its utmost potential (which I was in downright awe of) and I eventually learned.

Although I no longer take drum lessons anymore, he is still in my life as an awesome friend. Tarik will not only be a great instructor and help you learn and/or play better, but he will also be a great and fun person to be around.
