Private Voice Lessons

Are you struggling to find your own unique voice? Do you find it difficult to sing at great length without becoming hoarse or losing your voice? Would you like to expand your range and sing with better pitch and more accuracy?

I am a vocal instructor and full-time professional singer/songwriter and performer. Since graduating from the University of Miami Frost School of Music with a degree in jazz vocal performance, I have been teaching voice lessons at the Fremont Music School and have seen GREAT results in my students! Through breathing exercises, warm-up techniques, and regular practice, we can work together to transform you into the singer you have always wanted to become. Want help writing that new song? I have an extensive training in both classical theory and pop and jazz composition. Need help tightening up those lyrics? I can guide you towards saying EXACTLY what you mean in your songs. Just want to sing and perform? Let's get started!

I also play guitar and piano, and can accompany you on most material. Though I expect a lot of my students, I offer a very laid-back and open environment in which to learn. I base my lessons around the students' interests and try to not push them in directions that they do not want to go.

The Fremont Music School is located in the Fremont Abbey at 4272 Fremont Ave North. I teach there on Tuesdays and am currently accepting students for November/December, but slots are limited, so contact me ASAP if you are interested.
