Whether you're new to boxing, exercise or both, we recommend the Intro To Boxing program. This basics beginner's course covers some boxing fundamentals - the jab, cross, hook and uppercut, as well as ducking, slipping and footwork. Some basic conditioning exercises are incorporated, all geared toward getting your heart, lungs and core ready to start training like a fighter.

This isn’t your typical gym. It’s not even your typical boxing gym. Not to knock boxing gyms, or any other gyms for that matter. What we do is different. We’re not here to help you win a boxing championship, although we have done that a few times. We’re not even here to get you to lose weight, although we have done that successfully on more than a few occasions.

We teach you how to pick up your hands and fight. To defend yourself and depend on yourself. It’s not about losing weight, or losing anything else for that matter. It’s about winning, whether it’s in the ring or in the boardroom.

Whatever your fight is, whether it’s your weight, alcohol, cigarettes, stress or even your mother–in-law, we’ll teach you how to overcome your fear and take control of your life.

We don’t ride in on a white horse and fight your battles for you. We teach you how to stand on your own two feet and fight your own.
