A Key to your Weight Loss and Wellness
Want to lose weight and have robust store houses of energy!?
Our human history holds secrets to our success! Check it out..
The human body has evolved over the last 100,000 + years. For more than 90,000 of those years we ate nothing but vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes (beans) root vegetables, fish and lean meats (that's when we could get our gnarly hands on it). Our body evolved over, not tens, not hundreds not thousands but Tens of Thousands of years eating these foods. This means our body is very well established in it's ways and yearns to process.. unprocessed foods.
Unprocessed foods are basically all food you can buy that is NOT within a PACKAGE... at the grocery store, the corner store.. any kind of store (granted, there are unprocessed foods that exist within packages, such as: beans, some vegetables, some fish.. these examples are the exception and not the norm).
Unprocessed foods store the real nutrients that your body needs. They store these nutrients just as your body will most effectively be able to break them down and use them. There is no particular extraction process that needs to be done by a multi-million dollar machine to get you the highly effective, balanced diet which your body can work with. It's all right there, in it's prepared, unprocessed state, ready for us to ingest and process inside our bodies.
For the beginning of your healthy, weight loss and overall greater experience of your life.. allow this to become one of your KEYS to the Gateway of Wellness. Eat Unprocessed Foods. And get an abundance of Phytonutrients.
Phytonutrients: "Phyto" comes from an ancient Greek word meaning "vegetable".. add the word nutrients.. et.. voila! We have the nutrients that come from vegetables.
In recent years there have been many studies showing the absolutely positive effects on the body from vegetables. The anti-oxidants, the minerals and vitamins from vegetables deter many diseases. They rid the body of cancer cells, protect against cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke, obesity, diverticulosis, and cataracts to list a few of the positives effects from an enriched phytonutrient diet. Add grains which are not wheat based, and perhaps some lean meats, and you will have a nutrition plan that boldly bolsters your metabolism, fortifies your immune system, and has you ready for exercise! (not to mention the grind of our sedentary lifestyles)
In Summary:
*UNPROCESSED FOODS + PHYTONUTRIENTS+NON WHEAT-BASED GRAINS = GOODHEALTH
