Ecstatic Dance SF Bay is a free form conscious dance in the San Francisco Bay Area. You are invited to dance or move however you wish, different DJ's every week will provide a tapestry of music ranging from electronic and house music, to world jams, soul hop, and some pop songs. This is a Journey that will take you to many genres, tempos, and emotional states, with yourself, with another, and as a whole. Celebrating Movement ~ Music ~ Community, this wave happens for 2.5 - 3 hours. To ensure a deep journey, please, no talking on the dancefloor, and bare feet or dance shoes only.

This is your experience, and only you know how it makes you feel, and only you know how to dance your dance, moving however you wish, with respect for the space, yourself, and each other.
