Too Much Not Enough: The Work of Byron Katie Meets FoodFeatured
From
Grace Bell
Subject: Mental Health & Counseling Classes
A deeply profound inquiring approach to food, eating, weight and the body. Finding the root of the pain around our stressful thinking about what to eat, obsessing, overeating, starving, dieting, failing, bingeing, suffering. This class assists participants in looking honestly and openly at their long-held beliefs about food and to change this relationship forever. Grace, the facilitator, is a Certified Counselor and Certified Facilitator of the Work of Byron Katie, and has healed an incredibly painful relationship with food and eating, including bulimia, anorexia, overeating, self-hatred, and constant self-criticism. She now eats what and when she wants and experiences food and eating as nurturing and loving all the time.
