Review of Village Green Yoga, February 05, 2009

the thing i noticed about jean the most was that she really meets you where you are meaning that her focus isn't on making you into gumby or anything like that. she wants to focus on the holistic benefits of yoga in your entire being. i know that she would definitely work with you in whatever stage of yoga you're in. might be a bit too much emphasis on the spiritual side of things for my taste but definitely appreciate the approachability!

Review of Village Green Yoga, February 04, 2009

I met Jean at the TeachStreet Yoga event. She was very personable, and made the session feel very light-hearted and enjoyable. She teaches the Anusara(sp?)-style yoga which involves chanting. I'm not sure how comfortable I personally am with the chating, but when Jean demoed it... it sounded very nice.

    Teacher's Response:

Thanks for the review Adam! Participation in chanting in class is always optional. I just like to let people know that it happens ;)
