"Lucky to have found Anita"

Review of Anita Manuel, December 01, 2008
As an adult beginner, I was very apprehensive about my ability to learn piano. Anita has been the perfect teacher—creative, patient, encouraging, and sensitive to the kinds of issues that older students face when learning something entirely new. Her teaching methods are flexible and individualized. She is accomplished in both jazz and classical and continually expands her own knowledge base, bringing innovative and challenging techniques into the classroom. As a result, I've made excellent progress in two years. In short, I was lucky to have found Anita.

Review of Anita Manuel, November 25, 2008
I have wanted to learn to play piano for many years and due to working and time constraints never quite got started. After looking at several different teaching resources I was reffered to Anita and was able to coordinate my schedule with group lessons she was starting. I have learned so much in six months and still have a ways to go but Anita is very flxible and teaches in a style that encourages development without rushing through each lesson. I really appreciate Her patience and ensuring that we have learned the current lesson before moving into the next section. Would definitely recommend Anita to anyone who has a desire to learn or to those who want to move to the next level
