Semi-Private

Semi-privates are popular because they are more affordable the private lessons, but the small group size (three people max here at Kinesia!) allow plenty of specific instruction.

The main criteria to join a semi-private is having a solid familiarity with the standard routine, so the workout flows safely and everyone gets attention. Every student will have personal variations within the standard routine, which will change as they change.

Beginner semi-privates form up frequently, call to ask about our special deal for friends who want to get started together! If you want to join a beginner group we keep a list of interested beginners to match you with.
