Review of Seattle pole dancing classes and pole parties, April 30, 2009
As a busy single mom, class is MY TIME.
The warm up helps me to calm my brain in a different way than yoga. I find I am stronger and more limber with every class. The relaxed, encouraging atmosphere gives me the freedom to connect with my inner woman. Angi and Leah's positive "You can do it" attitude, is infectious.
I can't encourage enough women to attend these classes. IT IS Wonderful!

For years I felt awkward and not feminine. Angi's pole dance class not only help me realize my strength as a woman, it also helped me recognize & appreciate that having curves is a beautiful and wonderful thing. I feel so alive as a woman and love the dances on and off the pole. By the way, it's a real workout too and will help you strengthen your core. I love this art form so much that I now have a pole installed in my living room!
