Alicia Katz Pollock, MAT, MOS, is a Microsoft Office Specialist with a Microsoft Accredited Instructor Certification, and is a member of the Apple Consultants Network. She's used Apple Macintosh computers since 1986, and teaches PCs at Heald College. Her goal as a computer instructor is that students of all levels learn something practical for their homes and offices, and see a return on their investment in computer training. She is available for personal training and projects in your home or office. She specializes in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks accounting software setup for small businesses, and Macintosh Operating System. One-on-one training Philosophy: All computer users have different needs. They have their own businesses, hobbies, and interests. Your computer can be a powerful tool for effective and efficient communication and results. When you bring your projects to the tutorial, we work together to design the finished product.
