More difficult and elegant creations include chocolate-covered cherries, turtles, nut clusters, jelly candies, marshmallow confections, hand-rolled and hand-dipped chocolate creams, and others. We will also demonstrate the easy way to temper chocolate - the new Sinsation tempering machine.

Welcome to the ORIGINAL Decorette Shop! It was established in 1973 in Portland Oregon by Laura and Louis Blake, and now by daughter Carol Winner who started the business with her Mom and Dad over 35 years ago. Her husband Roy joined the team in 1990. It takes special people to run a specialty store and we are proud of our people and their expertise in dealing with the complexities of cake assembly and the use of many tools of the trade.

Our people are extremely knowledgeable in this regard as well as in using candy making supplies. If you are puzzling over a problem, ask us. We'll be glad to be of service. If we don't have the answer we will do our best to find a solution.
