Hip Hop Beginning (Ages 6 & Up) Dance Class

If you are young or not so young and want to learn some Hip Hop moves or even how to groove on the dance floor, you should try this class. This level introduces popping, glides and slides, basic choreography, and teaches students how to listen and dance to the back beats, accents, and groove of the music.

    I had Jeff for the hip-hop class.He made me love dance as much as every dancer should. I'm just a beginner but I learned a lot in the few dance lessons I have had from him. I'm really excited to keep dancing at Cami's. It's so FUN!

Cami Curtis Performing Arts Center has outstanding instructors in all fields we teach. There is a big emphasis in formal dance training for all ages. The dance program provides ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and creative movement dance instruction, just to name a few. We provide classes structured for formal training, as well as drop-in classes for patrons from ages walking to adult.
