My Philosophy in martial arts Is based on study and research of the traditional teaching of Chinese martial arts (old school ). To pass down the knowledge and history of the school lineage to those who are dedicated and have true interest in studying Chinese martial art and to pass it onto the next generation the culture and tradition of Chinese Martial arts.

I have discipleship and Permission to teach under master Koo founder of Chinese Fistology. Kyun Hok (Fist-ology). Bamboo Forest Temple Praying Mantis is the major study.

School Philosophy
