We tutor students who need assistance in math. After an assessment we find out what their skill gaps are and put together a personal curriculum to help them gain the confidence they need in math.

Learning Academy centers were originally opened in 2001 in partnership with the Clark County Family YMCA . Today, the Learning Academy tutoring centers operate independently and are open in two locations in Clark County Washington; Salmon Creek and Camas. The Learning Academy offers affordable tutoring in reading, math and study skills.

The Learning Academy program provides a personal approach to basic skills tutoring. With proven results and a guarantee of success, our customized tutoring programs in reading, math and study skills help ensure students reach their academic goals.

Each Vancouver Washington tutoring center is run by state certified teachers. Our learning centers tutor students in grades K-12 who are struggling, have fallen behind or who need additional challenge. Our tutoring program consists of a diagnostic skills assessment, individualized tutoring instruction, and an effective motivational system that builds students’ skills and helps them gain the desire and confidence to succeed.
