During this three-day seminar, participants learn the first four Ascension Attitudes, collectively called the First Sphere. Throughout the weekend, instruction is alternated with time spent ascending as a group. This gives everyone a chance to practice the new techniques as they learn them, and to ask questions and receive feedback from the teachers.

Space is limited and will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. Once you complete the course, you may re-take (audit) it as often as you like, free of charge.
