You will learn the main building blocks and processes used to create computer programs and then see how they can be applied to any programming language. As we progress we will be able to build increasingly intricate programs that perform several complex operations. We will program primarily in the C language (previous experience is not required). Class topics include: C, C++, Java, Unix, scripts, compiler, linker, graphics, XWindows, input/output, loops, conditions, functions, text processing, graphics drawing, math operations, and data types.
