Review of Susan Snyder, March 02, 2009

I really appreciated that Susan interspersed theory with movement. She could show us the routines and provide verbal context. She was very responsive to the different capabilities of the people in the room. The 90 minutes always flew by and I left feeling centered and relaxed.

  • "quieting mind and body class"

Review of Susan Snyder, March 01, 2009

Qi Gong led by Susan was a nice mind-body class for getting in touch with your body and mind through gentle repetetive stretching-like movements and controlled breathing. Not dissimiliar to yoga and Tai Chi, it has movements for strength and balance as well. Susan has a quieting and gentle instruction style that allows for self-reflection while completing the movements. I always felt better after attending this class.
