The Marriage of Heaven and Earth is a simple two movement exercise that is particularly good for healing back injuries and spinal problems and improving joint health and function. The core principle of opening and closing all the joints of the body (pulsing) helps improve the circulation of fluids within the joints, enhances the flow of chi and releases physical, emotional and mental tension. It also helps reduce the negative effects of stress.
The name "Marriage of Heaven and Earth" refers to the meeting and combining of the yang energy of heaven and the yin energy of earth.
