Review of Deborah Magallanes, March 22, 2009
I have enjoyed Deborah's Qigong, Tai Chi, and moving mediation classes. She is excellent.
The first day I did a class with Deborah, I showed up VERY upset and brooding from some things that were going on. Deborah taught some simple and calming Qigong forms which completely shifted my focus to the positive. I am amazed at the calmness I felt by the end of the one hour class. I learned some useful techniques I can apply long after the session. I attend a lot of workshops and classes, and Deborah is one of the best instructors I've ever met. She's calm, professional, personable, and educated in many traditions. I am always learning something new from Deborah.
