Take classes on your own schedule and in your own location - choose your home, a park, your work, a community center or church. I travel to where you are on a schedule that best meets your needs to help you develop your personal practice for health, fitness, relaxation, enjoyment and peace of mind. Wu Dang heritage Qi Gong offers Taoist, Buddhist/Tibetan Buddhist, Medical, Martial and Confucian styles. Some Shaolin, too. Deborah is former faculty at local school of Oriental Medicine, High Master in Wu Dang martial (iincluding internal) arts and a teacher known for offering student-oriented classes that are interesting, fun and truly focused on what you most want to learn and accomplish. Free practices and phone support add to the value of these classes, too. Deborah has over 15 years experience teaching these arts - some of which she has studied since childhood and others she has studied for 18+ years with GrandMasters from around the world.

Review of Deborah Magallanes, March 22, 2009
I have enjoyed Deborah's Qigong, Tai Chi, and moving mediation classes. She is excellent.
The first day I did a class with Deborah, I showed up VERY upset and brooding from some things that were going on. Deborah taught some simple and calming Qigong forms which completely shifted my focus to the positive. I am amazed at the calmness I felt by the end of the one hour class. I learned some useful techniques I can apply long after the session. I attend a lot of workshops and classes, and Deborah is one of the best instructors I've ever met. She's calm, professional, personable, and educated in many traditions. I am always learning something new from Deborah.
