Review of Jim Anzalone, July 10, 2008
I am currently taking the Washington Real Estate Fundamentals class. Washington state requires 60 hours of classroom time. To be honest the material can be pretty dry and there will be TONS of new terminology. I really appreciate how Jim acknowledges that these classes can get dry but he does a great job injecting alot of energy and great real world examples to make the class very relevant. His passion for real estate and teaching really shines through! I would recommend anyone interested in taking their licensing class to go through Jim at Rockwell.
