Chateau Educational Enterprises, Inc. is an educational enrichment company that offers the best in in-home tutoring services — “Realizing True Potential” and the wonderfully innovative Magic Learning Series classes — “Bringing Magic to Learning.”

Our tutoring program has been serving students in the Puget Sound area of Western Washington since 1997. The founder of Chateau Educational Enterprises, Inc. is a former elementary school teacher whose experience helped identify the great need for educational enrichment outside of the traditional school day. Chateau accomplishes this by providing exceptional, individualized instruction – helping students gain confidence in their abilities. We are also committed to providing a supportive environment for our tutors and teachers as they continue enriching their educational careers and the lives of their students.

As Chateau’s tutoring program took hold in the community, the company began to look for other ways to help students. A strong need was identified to provide small group reading classes where students would find learning to read fun and develop a love of reading to last a lifetime. “Magic Reading,” based on game play in a small group setting was the result. “Magic Math” and “Magic Chess” soon followed. The company is currently expanding its Magic learning series into new areas. Stay tuned for exciting new educational opportunities!

Chateau has also worked with the “Little Wishes” program of Tree House, a non-profit organization in the Seattle area. This organization provides essential services, educational or otherwise, to children who have suffered abuse and neglect and are under the care of the state child protection system in King County. The program assistant for Little Wishes, consistently conveyed how happy she was to have discovered us and has referred her clients to us with the highest praise, both for our tutoring as well as our customer service and convenience.

Michelle Vallene, President of Chateau Educational Enterprises, Inc., mother of three and a former elementary teacher, had the following words to say about the work that Chateau does;

“The rewards in running this business are enormous! My motivation comes from the students that we have helped to feel more confident in themselves and their skills. I think about those students we have reached and the disappointment that we have alleviated from the many families who have experienced the frustration that low academic performance can bring! I also think about the students enrolled in our Magic Learning Series classes and how excited they become about learning. I hear parents talking amongst themselves saying ‘If only I had been taught this way, I would have completely understood it!’ or ‘Why didn’t they have these types of classes when we were in school?’ I think about the smiles on the students’ faces when they are learning and having fun! It is my life dream and passion to help so many students and families and know that we are making such a difference in so many lives!”
