Come join this positive, safe and supportive, divorce recovery group. This series of 8 sessions will give you tools for moving through grief and creating the next chapter of your life. I am a certified coach and former attorney who has also navigated the major life transition of divorce.
Come to be supported by others going through the same thing – you will be comforted to know that you are not alone. This group has helped many others move forward with courage and renewed hope. Class format includes a safe and supportive circle for sharing, and structured exercises to gain clarity and courage. Each evening will end with a nourishing deep relaxation for better sleep and more peace in the midst of change.
