Enneagram: Nine Months on Nine Types, Saturday Morning Series

Year after year, this core meeting time is the most popular program for the continuing student community. It often draws over fifty Enneagram enthusiasts together at a time, for a dynamic evening that produces deeper understanding and greater compassion for the ways of others.

What is different about this year’s focus? This year’s 2nd Saturdays class is scheduled in a specific order, so as to present the Enneagram from “head to heart to toe”. That is, we will begin with the Head/Thinking Triad of Types 6-7-5 in Fall, follow with the Heart/Feeling Triad of Types 3-4-2, and end with the Body/Instinct Triad of Types 9-1-8. Our experience will focus on how the nine styles present themselves in relationship, and how they believe others can best understand and relate to them in love and work engagements. Since we begin each quarter with the core points of the triads (6-3-9) we’ll have a good view into what issues are of interest to the entire triad when relating to others.

Enneagram Portland classes are experiential and participatory. Because the voices of the types themselves are what deepen our understanding, panels are composed of class participants that represent the type of the evening. You may be asked to join the panel on your type’s evening, and it provides an enriching experience for all involved.

Students are encouraged to learn about all nine types.
