Prevention MD is an American Heart Association training center. The Instructor Course is a 1-day program designed to prepare AHA instructors to disseminate the science, skills, and philosophy of resuscitation programs to participants enrolled in AHA courses. The purpose of the AHA BLS Instructor Course is to provide instructor candidates with the knowledge and skills necessary to reach and teach potential BLS providers. Students must also complete an Online Core Instructor from AHA prior to class and then be monitored teaching a classes to recieve their Instructor card.
