Description
A little bit about me... I was born and grew up in Paris. At 6, my mother offered me my first Cook book… I have never stopped cooking since then, eventually attending classes in the Parisian Cordon Bleu School some years later
Cooking is not just combining ingredients. It is about sharing an emotion with other people, aesthetics, bringing all our senses together... With such a spirit, I will welcome you in my kitchen to teach you how to combine and play with flavors, colors, forms, textures and volumes.......
During each class, we will cover different techniques, going through the three courses of our menu.
A wide variety of menus will be presented: Traditional, cocktail, Brunch, Special condiments/preserves, Petit Fours, Candy/chocolates... We will also introduce Greek, Spanish, Thai or Lebanese specialties...
You will learn about mirepoix, Bain-Marie, emulsion, Roux, deglaze, Beurre Blanc, Chiffonade, Julienne and so much more. Each menu has been designed to teach you different techniques each time.
