Soul Sanctuary Dance has truly been a sanctuary for me. It provides community, connection, an opportunity to be with dancers of all ages and spirits, and, best of all, great music and energy and permission to dance however I choose! Zach provides a welcoming and caring container for all ages (we're very family-friendly!) and is generous with his own energy. Plus, his music choices are fabulous! Different genres, different eras, different rhythms—all of it great for dancing. You won't get the "same old, same old" here. Very often people come for the first time and right away feel like they're part of the group. Lots of smiling faces and people of all ages playing and having fun. Come check it out!
