PowerScore one-on-one SAT tutoring gives students the opportunity to work face to face with one of our highly qualified instructors. Our tutors are the same people that teach our classes, and every tutor has scored in the 95th percentile on a College Board-administered SAT or PSAT. Aside from being highly-skilled and experienced, every PowerScore tutor is trained and qualified to teach any and all of our methods.
Because tutoring is the most efficient way to assess individual capabilities, PowerScore private tutoring offers you the best chance to identify and eliminate your SAT weaknesses. Whether you need a personalized course designed for you, or you just need to work on a few concepts, we can create a tutoring experience that will address all of your SAT difficulties.
Based on your discussions and the information you provide, your tutor can design a lesson plan based on your specific needs. Whether you are having trouble with critical reading, math, or writing, our instructors have mastered each of these sections and can help you do the same. If you are not sure what your needs are but know you must to improve your score, our instructors can help you identify your SAT strengths and weaknesses by going through real SATs or discussing pertinent concepts that will help them identify the root causes of your SAT troubles. Unlike other companies who require you to follow a pre-set tutoring lesson plan that may not fit your needs, our tutors will develop a plan tailored to your needs in order to provide you with the most efficient path to scoring well.
- 150 per hour, no minimum purchase required
- Tutoring with one of our classroom course instructors who has scored in the 95th percentile on a real SAT
PowerScore cannot guarantee the availability of an instructor at the location and time you may specify as they are subject to availability. Your instructor will be assigned within 3 business days of your order. You may call us before you order to determine if an instructor is available. Materials cannot be shipped until we have received your signed enrollment agreement and your instructor has been assigned. Please specify your general availability in the Order Comments field of your order.

Thanks so much for a great class! I really appreciated the small and interactive environment.
I took the GRE last Wednesday and raised my score 240 points! It's interesting because Math has never been my strong suit. However, after the class, some one-on-one tutoring and lots of studying, my Math score was HIGHER than my verbal score this time! I couldn't believe it! It was still a tough test but I felt more confident, had a better strategy and was better prepared this time. The BEST part is however, I found out yesterday that I have been accepted to graduate school at the University of Florida!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :0)

I was so overjoyed to hear of my daughter's enthusiasm for what she has learned in this weekend course. She stated she learned more math in one day than she has in three months. Adam (the instructor) had a way of interacting with her where learning connected.
I signed her up for this course based on blind internet surfing -- I am now a walking advertisement for it!
