Description
This class will be a gentle beginner level. We will learn new vocabulary, basic phrases, and introduce the idea of improvisation with the trapeze. No previous aerial experience is required to take this class, but previous attendance at one of our 2-week introductory sessions is strongly recommended and all of the usual prerequisites apply:
- participants must be in good physical condition with no current injuries
- participants should already participate in regular exercise before starting trapeze classes (e.g. yoga, running, dance)
- no hand or wrist jewelry may be worn during class
- all students should have a basic level of fitness, some hand, arm, and core strength, and flexibility
- participants must sign a liability waiver and emergency contact form before taking class
- no perfume or fragrances worn to class, please
Registration is first come, first served. Contact the instructor for pre-registration information. Please do not show up for class without contacting the instructor in advance to confirm availability of space.
