Tiffany has an extensive background in movement, with over 20 years of knowledge and experience in dance and movement studies. She has a BA in Dance from Columbia College Chicago. During her time in Chicago she was an active member of the dance community and had the privilege of dancing with many local and internationally renowned choreographers, including performing as a Community Cast Member with Mikhail Baryshnikov and The White Oak Dance Project.
She is a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor, a certified Yamuna Body Rolling practitioner, a YBR Hands-on Therapy Practitioner and a Yamuna Body Rolling Certification Instructor. Tiffany received her pilates training at Bodycenter Studios under Kristi Quinn and studied Yamuna Body Rolling in NYC at the Yamuna Studio with founder Yamuna Zake. Tiffany is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance, IDEA, and The International Association for Dance Medicine & Science. With a back ground in anatomy and kinesiology and a strong commitment to continuing education she is always striving to gain more tools to benefit her students, bringing the benefits of other forms of movement training such as the Franklin method, Aston patterning, Bartenieff fundamentals, and more. She strives to share her knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their goals in a fun and supportive environment. She offers private instruction, group classes, workshops, YBR teacher training and retreats in the Seattle area and abroad.
